I was born in the Bronx, New York and became interested in graffiti art at a young age, experimenting with spray cans and airbrushes not long after. Always looking to make some money, I was painting t-shirts at local flea markets at the age of twelve, and soon after moved on to walls, cars, clothes….anything with a paintable surface.
It was at the High School of Art & Design in NYC that I really began to fully appreciate what it meant to be an artist and spent four years refining my skills; after graduating I began an apprenticeship at Tattoo Seen in the Bronx which lasted two years.
I attended Fantasy Fest in Key West Florida in 1995, and, impressed with the art of body painting, began the process of changing career paths. In 1996 I moved to Miami and began body painting in nightclubs both in Miami and NYC, working on both club patrons and dancers.
